Refund policy

Our store policy is that all sales are final.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a manufacturer defect, we are willing to exchange your handbag for another of equal value.  The original purchase must be returned at the time of the exchange.  It must be in good condition, excluding the manufacturer defect.  If the handbag was shipped to you, you are responsible for the return cost and shipping insurance for the value of the handbag.  Exchanges are at the discretion of the owner of CindiLou Bags.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do everything we can to assist you within reason.
