Refund and Exchange Policy


To exchange an item purchased from our storefront or online boutique; you will need to return at your expense, any unworn bag or jewelry with all tags attached within 7  days. Please email tracking numbers and proof of insurance for your returning items to info@cindiloubags.com . We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. During the exchange process, your items will be inspected to ensure they’re free from the above mentioned disqualifiers. We will promptly process your new order as long as items are in sellable condition. Patrons who are making an online exchanges will be emailed order confirmation and tracking info.
